Future scientists from Central Europe gathered at the Kaposvár Campus of the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE) for a dynamic international summer university.
Organized within a CEEPUS network (SI-1312), the week-long program focused on water, food, and nutritional science through a blend of lectures, interactive workshops, and field visits.
Participants engaged in in-depth discussions and hands-on activities, including lab sessions on spectrophotometry and water analysis. Highlights included a visit to the Kaposvár hospital’s SkillsLab, showcasing healthcare training technologies, and an excursion to the Deer Farm to study water’s role in agriculture.
The event fostered cross-border collaboration, offering students valuable opportunities for knowledge exchange and personal consultations with experts.
