Networking spotlight
the opportunity to take part in a hands‑on simulation during the in‑person networking event on 16 October 2025 in Budapest (travel and subsistence is reimbursed for selected participants).

13rd June 2025. (10:00–12:00)	Info session and online preparatory meeting.
14. June – 15. July 2025.	PAT pilot window opens – try the Toolkit at your institution.
31st July 2025.	Institutional and individual feedback.
August 2025.	Notification of selected participants.
5th September 2025.	Briefing meeting for Selected Participants on 16 October event.
16th October 2025.	Budapest networking event & joint simulation.

Who can join by expressing interest?

Staff authorised by their higher education institution to enhance teaching and learning quality—heads of T&L centres, QA or HR teams, curriculum designers, programme leaders.

How to join

1. Submit your expression of interest via the online form (PROFFORMANCE Institutional Ambassador - Registration form) by 31 May.
2. Get authorization from your HEI management to represent your institution at the network as PROFFORMANCE Institutional Ambassador.
3. Committed to test the tool by 15 July.
4. Delegating you to 16 October event in Budapest, if selected.

Engagement in further work of the network

All authorised applicants are welcome to the network’s online sessions; participants for the Budapest meeting will be confirmed in August.
